Zwift Play controllers put you in control of everything on Zwift from your handlebars and unlock new immersive gameplay, thanks to shifting, steering and braking controls.
Zwift Play complements any Zwift setup and makes it easy to give Ride Ons or use Powerups. Zwift Play unlocks virtual shifting for quiet and smooth gear changes for compatible smart trainers. Check out the comparison chart to see if your trainer is virtual shifting compatible.

Take complete control of Zwift with our Bluetooth handlebar remotes. From menus and workout controls to route selection and Ride Ons–it's all at your command. Plus, you can even drop PowerUps straight from your bars.
Virtual Shifting
Virtual shifting works when paired with Zwift Cof and compatible Smart Trainers by adjusting the trainer resistance to emulate shifting gears, triggered by your Zwift Play controllers.

Zwift Play offers real-time, responsive control from your handlebars. With steering and braking control, you can take your racing or rides to the next level. Use the new controls to get a gap or stay with a friend.
Easy Setup
Easily attach Zwift Play to your road bike handlebars using the integrated silicone rubber strap. Spacers are included, ensuring compatibility with even slim handlebars.
Rechargeable Battery
Zwift Play boasts a long-lasting 20-hour battery life. Additionally, the provided cable allows for the simultaneous charging of both controllers while Zwifting.

- Zwift Cog & Click
- Shimano, SRAM, Microshift, and some Campagnolo shifters.* (*Thumb shifters are not compatible)
- Kickr Bike* (*but only one steering device will work at any one time)
Not compatible with:
- TT Aero bars
- Flat bars (e.g. hybrid or mountain bike)
- Drop bars fitted with sprint shifters or dropper posts that would clash with Zwift Play placement
- Campagnolo thumb shifters
- Garmin Tacx Neo bike will not allow proper placement due to shifter shape.
- WattBike smart bike
- Stages bike buttons compromise optimal positioning

I really like not having to try and operate the screen touch elements when riding. Being able to adjust workout intensity, control navigation of routes, and dropping a cluster of thumbs up is nice, however. Most Zwift controls, including taking screenshots, can be done form the controllers, even if a couple buttons are required to be pushed. If I had a Zwift Cog-able trainer, this would be a full must have.
I ride Zwift a great deal (level 100), and have found these worth having.

Adds functionality to my setup. I use my phone and controlling is easier and more convenient. Kinda in the way a little when in the hoods and drops, but I'm indoor so I can live with it. I'm still learning all the controls, but they are easily accessible. Shipping was pretty fast too.

Must have for my indoor trainer! Far prefer the Zwift Play to the Zwift Click for more natural gear changes. The in game controls, ride on’s and ability to navigate all improve the experience.
