Cancellation policy

Some items in our store may be offered to you as a pre-order or a subscription. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.

Preorder payment and cancellation policy

A preorder allows you to purchase or reserve a product before it is available for shipment. The estimated availability or delivery timeframe and payment options are displayed on the product page and at checkout.

Payments

Depending on the options offered, you may pay in full or pay a deposit when placing your preorder. Where a deposit is paid, the remaining balance is payable before dispatch, in accordance with the terms provided at purchase.

Where you authorise us to retain your payment method for a future payment, it is stored securely by our payment provider.

Cancellation requests

To request cancellation of a preorder, email shop@wtrl.racing with your order number.

Preorder cancellations and refunds are subject to the product-specific terms disclosed at the time of purchase, including any terms concerning non-refundable or transferable deposits. Paying in full does not automatically make a preorder refundable.

Where cancellation is permitted, any applicable cancellation fee will be as disclosed at purchase and set out in our Returns and Cancellations Policy.

Once your shipment has been handed to the delivery company, any return request is subject to our Returns Policy, except where applicable consumer law provides otherwise.

Delays and consumer rights

If we are unable to meet the stated shipment timeframe, we will provide an updated estimate and explain any applicable cancellation or refund rights.

If WTRL cancels your preorder because we cannot fulfil it, we will refund all payments made for the cancelled order.

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory consumer rights. Where applicable law requires a full refund, no deposit deduction or cancellation fee will apply.

 

Membership subscriptions

When you purchase a WTRL membership, your subscription provides the benefits described at the time of purchase for the selected membership period.

Payments and renewal
The membership price, billing frequency and any minimum commitment will be disclosed before purchase. Your payment details will be stored securely by our payment provider.

If you select an automatically renewing membership, your payment method will be charged at the start of each renewal period unless you cancel before the renewal payment is processed.

Cancelling your membership
You can cancel future renewals through the membership management link provided with your subscription, where available, or by emailing shop@wtrl.racing.

Cancellation stops future renewals. Your membership benefits will remain available until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Payments for a membership period that has already begun are non-refundable, and we do not provide prorated refunds for unused time, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Any minimum commitment or different cancellation terms will be clearly disclosed before purchase.
