Shipping policy

All orders are dispatched from WTRL in Central Alberta.

Orders received before 1pm are usually shipped the same business day.
Carriers: Canada Post, UPS, Purolator and DHL.

Shipping Costs

We offer FREE SHIPPING on DOMESTIC (Canada) orders over CA$250.

For all other orders, shipping costs are calculated at checkout from a selection of carriers that you can choose from. To view shipping options, estimated transit times and costs, please add the item(s) you are interested in to your cart and proceed to checkout. Options are presented in a drop-down.

Domestic Shipping (Canada)

We offer fully tracked and insured shipping Canada-wide on a variety of services that can be selected at check-out from Canada Post and, Purolator. We may also use UPS if shipping speeds are favourable.

    International Shipping

    We ship worldwide and offer Canada Post for regular tracked parcels and DHL for express delivery. Note that the customer is responsible for any taxes or duties by local government but WTRL do not charge sales tax on international orders.

    Order Tracking

    As soon as your order is ready to ship, you will receive an email containing tracking information.

    Preorder Items

    From time to time, we will offer both new and existing products on preorder. Stock is usually enroute to us and the product description will show estimated delivery times and further updates when they become available. If your order contains both available products and preorder products, we will hold your order until we can ship it complete. If you would like us to split your order and send available items right away with pre-order items to follow, please reach out to us at shop@wtrl.racing with your order number and preferences.

    Lost or Damaged Items

    If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at shop@wtrl.racing within 14 days. All items are sent insured and we will replace or refund items that are lost or damaged during transit.

    For return shipping information, please refer to our Returns Policy. Note that sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
