DELIVERY INFORMATION

Canada
  • We use tracked services with either Canada Post or UPS services to ship products to you. Shipping options are presented at checkout.
  • Verge products are shipped directly from VERGE usually via Fedex.

 

International

    • Tracked services using the most cost-effective service from DHL, Canada Post or UPS. Note that international purchases may be subject to taxes on importation. See below for more information.

     

    Domestic Taxes (Canada)

    WTRL dispatches all orders from our HQ In Calgary, Alberta, Canada. We are GST registered and are legally obliged to charge all associated GST and HST.

     

    United States Taxes & Duties

    Items MAY be eligible for State Tax but should not incur any other duties or taxes.

     

    United Kingdom / European Taxes & Duties

    Please check the most recent Government policies but as of 27th November 2023, the import duty rates for the UK were £0 under £135 and up to 2.5% between £135 and £630. Europe follows very similar rules. All goods are usually subject to VAT / TVA (sales tax). These are collected by the courier (DHL) prior to delivery.

     

    International Taxes & Duties

    Please check with your local Customs authority for the latest rates before placing an order as we have no control over these additional charges and will be unable to reimburse you.

     

    We always ship orders as quickly as possible, but there may be delays over busy periods. Orders are generally collected from us on Mondays (so that they do not sit in a courier warehouse over the weekend). All orders are sent via Canada Post or UPS (Domestic) and DHL (International) on tracked services.

    If your order includes a out of stock or preorder item, the whole order will be held until the all items are stock and the whole order can be shipped.

    If you're away from your address when delivery is attempted our courier will put a card through your door allowing you to either re-book a delivery or collect from your local sorting office. WTRL Ltd reserves the right to charge the full shipping fee to resend if the item is returned to us because the customer could not take delivery for any reason.

    Orders sent via a Tracked & Signed service are done so for extra security and peace of mind. If the recipient opts to have their parcel left in a nominated safe place or left without a signature this is entirely the responsibility of the recipient. If the parcel is lost we, the sender, can accept no liability for any loss or damage to the parcel. 

    Delivery errors must be reported within 14 days of the date of delivery. All orders are checked and double-checked before being dispatched.

    If you receive your parcel in poor or damaged condition or have items missing you must keep all outer packaging so that the courier can collect the box for their own investigation. Any damaged boxes must be signed for as 'damaged' on delivery. Where possible sign with the word 'damaged + your name' in the signature box. You may be asked to send us photos of the damaged packaging and/or product. Photographic evidence helps us ensure the issue is dealt with quickly.
